The Office of International Services (OIS) only issues immigration documentation electronically. However, OIS continues to offer DHL, UPS, and FedEx Express mailing of Social Security letters from OIS upon student’s request and at student’s expense using eShipGlobal, via the iHopkins portal. Otherwise, Social Security letters are mailed by USPS regular mail.

*Note: eShipGlobal is the only method available for document shipment. Do not go to the DHL, UPS or Fed Ex website directly. You must pay for your shipment using a credit card through the eShipGlobal secure site.
