OIS Service Areas

OIS is a virtual service operation that remotely serves all JHU international students, scholars, researchers, postdocs, faculty, and staff regardless of their location or divisional affiliation via electronic means.

For majority of questions, we strongly encourage you to first search our website for overview information. If you cannot find an answer, please email us at ois@jhu.edu with your inquiry so that advisors may properly review and research the issue prior to responding. Otherwise, advisors are available by phone for general questions that can be answered in approximately 5-7 minutes. We cannot respond to eForm request status inquiries by phone.
