Other Visa Types

In some circumstances, less common visa classifications may be recommended for a prescribed program or position. These immigration statuses may, at times, require the use of outside immigration counsel for consultation or case preparation. Only on the recommendation and advisement of the OIS will ouside counsel be used, and only where the OIS does not have the expertise or resources to meet the needs of the Institution.
