International Rotator Clearance
Individuals who are not U.S. citizens must be cleared by the Office of International Services PRIOR to registering with the School of Medicine for an approved rotation. This includes U.S. Legal Permanent Residents (green card holders).
Complete the following form Rotator Check-In Form and email to J1-Advising@jhu.edu at least 30 days and no more than 90 days before beginning your rotation.
The OIS will respond after reviewing all documents with a confirmation email. It is the rotator’s responsibility to provide this confirmation to the School of Medicine Registrar’s Office.
