The STEM OPT Extension is a 24-month extension of the standard, post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) work authorization for international students in F-1 status. Participants of this workshop will understand the eligibility requirements for a STEM OPT Extension, employment requirements, necessary steps for a STEM OPT Extension application, and tips for filing a STEM OPT Extension application.
